Domain Health
See hourly ingest volume for Scripts, Device Intelligence, CSP Violations, and Security Headers on a domain, so a broken install shows up the same day instead of days later.
Open Health below Home in the sidebar for the team-wide view. Select a domain to open Domain Health.
Health shows hourly ingest volume for the last 24 hours, broken down by data stream, so a stream that suddenly drops to zero is visible right away. It lives on a domain’s overview page as a Health card alongside the domain’s other protection cards.
Health is available for domains running Script Method. Domains on Scan Method don’t have a Health page: Scan Method collects scripts through periodic crawls rather than the streams Health tracks, so there’s nothing for it to monitor.
The streams
| Stream | What it tracks |
|---|---|
| Scripts | Script loads observed by the proxy |
| Device Intelligence | Device Intelligence evaluations from client telemetry |
| CSP Violations | Content Security Policy reports sent by browsers |
| Security Headers | Security header reports from monitored pages |
CSP Violations only appears if your plan includes CSP violation monitoring.
Reading a stream’s status
Each stream’s card shows a chart of its hourly counts and one of these statuses:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Receiving data | Data arrived within the last several hours |
| Stalled | The 24-hour window has data, but the trailing 6 or more hours are silent. The card names how many hours: “No data for 7 hours” |
| No data in 24h | Nothing in the last 24 hours, but the stream had data at some point in the last 30 days. This usually points to a setup change on your site, like the script tag being removed or a report endpoint dropped |
| No data yet | Nothing in the last 30 days either, most likely because this stream was never set up |
| Not enabled | Device Intelligence only, when Device Intelligence isn’t turned on for your team |
Each card also shows the total count for the last 24 hours and, when known, how long ago the stream last received data.
When a stream needs attention, its card links to where to fix it: script install instructions for Scripts and Security Headers, the Device Intelligence setup for Device Intelligence, or CSP reporting setup for CSP Violations.
The overview badge
The Health card on the domain overview carries a badge:
- A number badge when one or more streams are Stalled or No data in 24h, counting how many need attention
- A green Healthy badge when every active stream is receiving data
- No badge on a fresh domain with no active streams yet
