Installation Health
Check whether each domain cside monitors is still sending data, broken down by stream, from the dashboard's Health page.
Health shows whether each domain your team monitors is still sending cside data, broken down by data stream: Scripts, Device Intelligence, CSP Violations, and Security Headers. A team without CSP access never sees a CSP Violations column.
Open Health below Home in the sidebar for the team-wide view. Select a domain to open Domain Health.
Status per stream
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Receiving | Data has arrived within the expected window |
| Needs attention | The stream has gone quiet for 6 or more hours |
| Not set up | No data in the recent history window, or the stream is not enabled. Check the stream’s setup and the site’s traffic. |
Domains sort with the ones needing attention first, then alphabetically, so a broken install is always at the top.
Domains excluded from the summary
A few domain states show a badge instead of stream columns, and are left out of the receiving/needs-attention counts so they don’t cry wolf:
- Suspended: monitoring is stopped for this domain, so no streams are expected
- Scan method: this domain is crawled rather than instrumented, so it sends no ingest streams
- Unavailable: cside couldn’t read this domain’s health just now; reload to try again
The per-domain Health page
Opening a domain’s Health page shows hourly ingest volume for the last 24 hours, per stream, along with when each stream was last seen. A stream that’s gone quiet or was never configured links straight to that stream’s setup instructions, so you can get it flowing again without hunting for the right settings page.
